Novo supports the Gate Gourmet/JetStar pioneering business model

Gate Gourmets largest customer in Australia, Jet Star international, have chosen to implement Novo Ivc’s colour “Falcon” onboard their carriers to assist in their ground breaking long haul, low cost in-flight service concept

With the launch of Jet Stars international long haul flights in Nov 2006 the Australian low fare carrier entered uncharted territory; a bold move which to date has proven to be a big success story.

As a company with a proven track record of culinary excellence, technological expertise and the capacity to deliver daily on a global basis to more than 250 airline customers, Gate Gourmet’s need for efficiency and a solution that delivers are paramount. They first chose to implement Novo Ivc’s “Eagle” POS solution back in 2002 and currently with over 400 Novo units in the air, the world’s largest independent provider of airline catering and provisioning services, verify that Novo solutions gets them results.

Gate Gourmet has also successfully partnered with Jet Star since May 2004 and no doubt were influential in Jet Star’s decision to choose the Novo “Falcon” as the most conclusive and effective POS solution available to date.
