Corporate“The New Falcon Hand Held Computers have been 99% reliable”, say Virgin 01 May 2008
Following the implementation Novo’s hand held POS devices across Virgin Atlantics entire fleet back in August of last year Virgin have printed in their recent Crew Therapy Magazine that the Novo system has proved to be 99% reliable.
Earlier in the year Tourvest Duty Free Crew Liaison Manager for Virgin Atlantic David O’ Callaghan said:
